How long I've been attending CCFS and my role here:
I have been a member of Calvary Chapel FourteenSix from 2006, I was a prodigal from God from 2009-2011 and came back to Calvary Chapel FourteenSix from 2012 to current. I was appointed to the role of Women's Ministry Leader in 2018.
I get to do the work and will of God for the women of Calvary Chapel FourteenSix as the Women's Ministry Leader. My hope everyday is to love God and love others more each day.
My favorite part of the Women's Ministry is my "get to"'. I get to be a part of the work of faith in women's lives, I get to love and care for others, and I get to see God loving and caring for His beloved daughters.
How I came to know the Lord:
My invitation to believe in Jesus Christ came through a co-worker, and honestly not a co-worker that I especially liked. He invited me to church, I went, felt safe and began my journey of faith. That was 2002, I was baptized in 2004 when I finally believed and now know Jesus Christ as my LORD and Savior.

I have so many favorite books of the bible, I am often encouraged by Isaiah, I find comfort in the psalms of King David and Revelation holds my heart. The first scripture I memorized was the risen LORD speaking saying "I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and of Death." Revelation 1:18
Favorite worship songs:
Christian worship songs are so new to me, I am a person who enjoys rock and roll so when hymns are sung I especially love to hear those.
Favorite quotes from Pastor Pat's Sermons:
"STOP, Stop, Think, Obey, Pray when you want to rebuke someone, when you want to correct someone, when you want to don't deliver it with a bazooka, STOP."
