Missions

Adopt a missionary

Our missionaries can feel isolated from fellow believers and even find themselves under spiritual attack. It is important for them to know that the local church is standing with them. When one “adopts” a 14:6 missionary, they will have the privilege of regularly praying for them and being a source of encouragement.

After you adopt a missionary, the IMPACT Missions team at 14:6 will send you a packet about your missionary with a list of suggestions on how you (and your family or Life Group) can be an encouragement.

Our hope is that you will commit to regularly pray for your missionary and send the occasional email or card. What a blessing this will be to our missionaries!

Costa Rica – San Isidro

Palabra Viva

Eight years ago, the Lord called Pastor Chris and Rachel from sunny California and Mexico to plant a church in San Isidro, Costa Rica. Since then, the church has flourished, launching two new plants and becoming the largest Calvary Chapel in the country! Now, Pastor Pat and Melissa, alongside our Elder Board, feel led by the Holy Spirit to help Pastor Chris’s team start 25 new Calvary Chapel churches in Costa Rica over the next decade. Join us in prayer about how you can support this exciting vision and consider being part of one of our advance build teams!
